Blast from the past! We're happy to pay a revisit to Innova's long-retired XD mold in the form of this very limited InnovaStore Specials release.
The XD has a low profile, thin rim which promotes a secure grip and an easy, natural release. These features combined with straight flight characteristics make the XD an easy to throw and control disc. It is the most driver-like putter we have and is useful for putts, drives and approach shots. Good disc for developing a “touch“ around the basket.
We have reason to believe these discs have been produced a decent while back, as they still feature a hand-written mold marking on the bottom side and the plastic is pretty opaque, contrary to more recent runs of the Champion plastic discs out there. This disc is not in Innova's stock selection, so here's a rare chance to grab one!
